1 bedroom, 1 bath $1300+

2 bedroom, 1 bath $1475+

2 bedroom Master, 2 bath (with Patio) $1525+

Tenant is responsible for utilities, units have individually controlled high efficiency heat/AC.  Cable/High speed internet is included in rent ($200 value).

Lease limit?

1 year lease agreement minimum.

Are pets allowed?

Upon approval/meet + greet animals are allowed with a $300 non-refundable deposit per pet due upon lease signing and $50 per month fee due with rent on the first of the month.

Laundry?

Laundry room is located in the building with mobile pay washer and dryer machines.  Also there is a laundromat is around the corner, one block away.

Internet/Cable?

High speed Spectrum internet and cable included with rent.  Upgrades available at additional cost to tenant.

Parking?

Off street parking lot - 2 cars per unit allowed.
